During a meter change-out, the electric company discovered a burned meter lug that was melting our electrical box. HedgeHog scheduled us for the very next day—and could have come even sooner if we had been available.

John completed a safe and efficient replacement at a reasonable cost. He also coordinated with another technician to quickly bring the necessary parts, which helped get everything resolved without delay.
